We will be meeting at Kasturi Restaurant 450 Hespeler Road unit 101, located on Hespeler Road between Bishop St and Sheldon Ave., directly across from the Bennett Chev/Olds car dealership. It is a Chinese/Indian restaurant. We will have a private room with a buffet dinner. Cost is $20.00 per person + tax. Prakash was able to secure this restaurant (at a very good price). There’s lots of parking and easily accessible. As mentioned at our last meeting by President Greg, the country club has a large event and they require the entire ballroom.
The meeting will be a Club Assembly with each committee providing updates.
Please advise of your attendance as we would like 15 people there to keep the costs down.
If you can’t attend in person there is internet access so you can zoom in:

We are needing a few more volunteers for our next two kitchen volunteer shifts at Bridges. We will be serving dinner on September 16 and 17, and will need one volunteer for the 16th, and 2 for the 17th. It's just a couple of hours of our time, starting at 4 p.m. - so check your calendar and let Jason know if you are able to assist!
And we are also looking for two volunteers to help with the RARE Charitable Reserve trail party barbecue on September 15th (in addition to Anne, Rita, and David.) Again, please reach out to Jason if able to assist!
The 2024 annual Cambridge & North Dumfries Community Awards celebrate the successes and accomplishments made by the dedicated volunteers and staff of local not-for-profits and service clubs throughout the last year. Of special note for local Rotary clubs this year: Todd Lyons of the Rotary Club of Cambridge Preston-Hespeler was nominated for the Board Member Award! He was supportive of our efforts to become chartered through the sponsorship of that club.
