As we move into the summer months (and based on this week's temperatures, with a vengeance!), this is a time to reflect on a positive foundational year for our club.... We had the opportunity to engage in a lot of different service and volunteer projects at places like The Bridges and Lang's... we had great guest speakers who opened our eyes to the great work that they do.... and we developed a strategic plan that we will be able to delve further into when we return in the fall!
During the summer months, we'll keep doing the Rotary bulletins, just to keep you in the loop on things that are happening in the broader Rotary world - and of course, there'll be more information to come on our fall meeting schedule. See the items below for updates on bingo and our coming year-end celebration!

Our Year End Celebration is this Tuesday June 25th at Galt Country Club. You don’t want to miss this! It’s a Hawaiian theme so wear something colourful to get in the spirit. The highly flattering Hawaiian shirt on display at left, for example, is in plentiful supply at Old Navy for 50% off - you can't do much better than that!
And more seriously - this is our club's celebration of the past year, and the transition to a new one. Please make every effort to attend - it'll be a great way to close off our year! And an RSVP would be very appreciated - please respond to Rita's email or text. Hope to see you then!
